By using Lucyxchat you agree to these Terms. Lucyxchat lets a registered, paying user place a private, voice-only call to the real person behind an avatar, and schedule such calls.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Lucyxchat.
You are responsible for your login and for activity on your account. Your Lucyxchat login is the same as your lucyx.ai account.
Calls are paid with tokens from your shared wallet. Connecting a call costs a minimum block (currently 500 tokens for the first 5 minutes), then a per-minute rate (currently 50 tokens/minute). You are charged only while a call is connected. Token purchases and the connect block are non-refundable except where required by law.
Be respectful. No harassment, threats, illegal activity, recording without consent, or attempts to contact the other party outside the platform. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
If you provide a mobile number, you may receive transactional SMS about your calls. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy.
The service is provided "as is." Voice calls depend on your network and device. We are not liable for dropped calls, unavailability, or indirect damages, to the extent permitted by law.
